Meet Our Team
BARTOSZ KOMASA
He has been involved in Polish-Chinese economic relations for 20 years. He began his career serving Polish companies in the Economic and Trade Department of the Polish Embassy in Beijing.
BARTOSZ KOMASA specializes in training in cross-cultural differences, negotiations, and foreign investments. The workshops on entering Asian markets based on local socio-economic conditions, cultural differences, business etiquette, and etiquette are the most popular.
BARTOSZ KOMASA has been conducting training for local governments on diplomatic protocol and attracting investors from Asia for 15 years.

From 2004 to 2012, he worked at the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIIIZ), where he was responsible for servicing Asian investors (including China, Japan, and South Korea). He left PAIIIZ as Head of the Far Eastern Section.
BARTOSZ also advises Polish companies that work with Asian companies, primarily Chinese ones. He introduces Polish food and cosmetics companies to Asian markets. He is a lecturer at the European Academy of Diplomacy and numerous universities (including Kozminski University, SWPS, and Collegium Civitas), and an expert on China for the Union of Employers and Entrepreneurs (ZPP) and the Business Council.
In February 2012, Bartosz Komasa launched the first Chinese bank in Poland – Bank of China. He initially held the position of Business Development Manager, and then Director of Corporate Relations. He oversaw matters related to market development, acquiring new clients, and coordinated relationships with Chinese and Polish companies.
BARTOSZ KOMASA is the author of several publications on Chinese banking, as well as the co-author of the book “BUSINESS IN CHINA.”

Grzegorz Dębowski
A GRADUATE IN POLITICAL SCIENCES FROM THE FACULTY OF INTERNATIONAL AND POLITICAL STUDIES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF LODZ, MANAGEMENT STUDIES AT THE LODZ UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, AND AN MBA FROM THE LEON KOZMINSKI ACADEMY IN WARSAW.
AN ACTIVE PARTICIPANT IN NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS, INITIATOR AND SPRING OF CAMPAIGNS IMPLEMENTED FOR CIVIL SOCIETY, AND A FORMER ACTIVIST IN AN INDEPENDENT STUDENT ASSOCIATION. EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISORY BOARDS, LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS, PARLIAMENTARY OFFICES, AND CENTRAL PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS. NEGOTIATOR, NETWORKING, PUBLIC AFFAIRS, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST. CURRENTLY A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF THE BIOFORUM ASSOCIATION OF BIOTECHNOLOGY COMPANIES EMPLOYERS, MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD OF THE BONIFRATERS MEDICAL CENTER, CHAIRMAN OF THE SECTORAL COUNCIL FOR LIFE SCIENCE, AND ENTREPRENEUR.
ANDRZEJ JUCHNIEWICZ
Andrzej Juchniewicz is a multilingual public administration and business development specialist with over 15 years of experience in China. He possesses extensive expert knowledge of the Chinese market.
He headed the first Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Shanghai. He received the Shanghai Mayor’s Award for Best Foreign Investment Promotion Agency in 2012.
His market perspective and ability to anticipate and solve problems have added enormous value to his work, and his ability to build trust has forged strong relationships in government and business.

With extensive experience in the People’s Republic of China, he supports Polish entrepreneurs in developing and implementing strategies for this market. He has expertise in three areas: marketing and sales (with a focus on China and Asia), finance, and strategic and operational management. His additional goal is to disseminate information on the politics and economy of the People’s Republic of China through frequent lectures, media interviews, and think-tank publications.

Robert Zawadzki
I combine commercial experience from the private sector with involvement in economic and relationship-building projects in the public sector. The project teams I led have implemented events promoting Polish products from various industries, including mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates.
BETWEEN 2022 and 2025, I WAS INVOLVED IN PROJECTS ANALYZING THE ENVIRONMENT AND ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF THE CENTRAL TRANSPORT. AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CPK MANAGEMENT BOARD, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING OFFICE, I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH THE BEST PLANNERS IN POLAND ON A KEY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE.
FROM 2017 TO 2020, AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE POLISH INVESTMENT AND TRADE AGENCY S.A., I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 9 INTERNATIONAL PROMOTIONAL PROJECTS WITH A BUDGET IN EXCEEDING PLN 49 MILLION. I SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED MULTI-YEAR PRO-EXPORT PROJECTS FOR THE FURNITURE, COSMETICS, YACHT, CLOTHING, BIOTECHNOLOGY, MEDICAL, CONSTRUCTION, MACHINERY, AUTOMOTIVE, AND AVIATION SECTORS. I created and led a team of PAIH industry experts, which continues to search for partners in Poland for foreign companies and organize networking events in Poland and around the world. I was responsible for the implementation of over 100 national stands at international trade fairs, approximately 20 trade missions, and several dozen conferences.
From 2014 to 2017, I was involved in international promotional activities for the Polish food sector. I have coordinated promotional projects and B2B events at international food fairs, including Dubai, Shanghai, and Taipei. I am the author of the “POLSKA SMAKUJE” / “POLAND TASTES GOOD” logo – a graphic symbol accompanying the promotion of Polish food products.
Konrad Rajca
NTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS ANALYST, EXPERIENCED PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS CONSULTANT. A GRADUATE OF THE INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, UNIVERSITY OF WARSAW. AUTHOR OF A MASTER’S THESIS “THREE DECADES OF CHINESE REFORMS – AN ATTEMPT AT ASSESSMENT,” DEFENDED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF PROF. JAN ROWIŃSKI.
IN THE PAST, HE WAS A JOURNALIST FOR, AMONG OTHERS, THE POLISH PRESS AGENCY AND A MEMBER OF THE EDITORIAL BOARD OF THE MONTHLY FORUM POLSKIEJ EGOSPODARKI. HE HAS PUBLISHED IN, AMONG OTHERS, “RZECZPOSPOLITA” AND “STOSUNKI MIĘDZYNARODOWE.” He also worked in the Chancellery of the Sejm and in the Warsaw local government. For many years he was the spokesperson for the Wawer District Office of the Capital City of Warsaw and an international affairs specialist in the office of the chairman of the foreign affairs committee of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, where he was responsible for organizing meetings between the chairman of the committee and the diplomatic community. He also edited the “Debate” bulletin, published by the foreign affairs committee, devoted to international affairs.

ACTIVE IN THE NON-GOVERNMENTAL SECTOR, INCLUDING AS MEDIA ADVISOR TO THE POLISH-AMERICAN FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (PAFERE). HE COORDINATES MANY EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS, INCLUDING THE “ASIAN AGE,” “ASIAN BUSINESS,” AND “CHINESE BUSINESS” SEMINARS, AIMED AT BUSINESSES, ORGANIZED BY RADOSŁAW PYFFL, WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF RECOGNIZED LECTURERS FROM THE WORLDS OF SCIENCE, BUSINESS, POLITICS, AND DIPLOMACY. He co-authored the substantive editing of the book “BUSINESS IN CHINA – HOW TO SUCCEED IN THE CHINESE WORLD” by RADOSŁAW PYFFL. He is the author of the chapter “CHINESE MODERNIZATION AT THE THRESHOLD OF THE 21ST CENTURY – SUCCESSES, CHALLENGES, PROSPECTS” in the collective work “FACES OF CHINA AT THE EARLY 21ST CENTURY”.

Konrad Hennig
PHD IN POLITICAL SCIENCES, ACADEMIC LECTURER, EXPERT IN PUBLIC POLICY ANALYSIS. ASSOCIATED WITH THE LAW FOR DEVELOPMENT FORUM. CO-FOUNDER AND SINCE 2021 MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE BIOFORUM ASSOCIATION OF BIOTECHNOLOGICAL COMPANIES. AMONG OTHERS, HE WORKED AS AN EXPERT AT THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT, HEAD OF DEPARTMENT AT THE CENTER FOR STRATEGIC ANALYSIS AT THE CHANCELLERY OF THE PRIME MINISTER, AND CHANCELLOR OF THE HIGHER SCHOOL OF HUMANITIES AND ECONOMICS IN SIERADZ.
